Zahl-Ford believes strongly that the structural engineer-of-record should be involved during the construction phase of projects.  Consequently, full construction services, which include shop drawing reviews, periodic on-site inspections, and performance of some of the required code evaluations (special inspections), are provided on most of the firm’s projects.
